The Master Black Belt training is for companies whose trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belts have practical experience of at least two years from Lean Six Sigma projects that have already been carried out and also have the ambition to lead successful CIP / Operational Excellence programmes and/or fulfil strategic tasks in companies.

  • Advanced Statistics for MBBs
